Three numbers, all shown before you confirm anything. The same figures appear in the app at the moment you decide.
Posting a request or a trip costs nothing, and nothing is charged while offers come in. Money moves only when you accept an offer.
You pay the item price, the traveler’s reward and no service fee at the moment. The total is held in escrow. At settlement, the item price and reward go to the traveler and the service fee goes to the platform. Refunds and releases follow the exchange’s cancellation and dispute outcome.
Example
Exchanges settle in USDC on Solana. Local-currency amounts are estimates, not conversion quotes. The final review shows the amount that will be held.
Making an offer locks a 5% deposit of the item price plus reward. It is returned when the delivery completes, when the requester picks someone else, or when an unaccepted offer is withdrawn. After acceptance, return of the deposit follows the exchange outcome. At the handover you receive the item price and the reward.
Either side can open a review. Opening one costs $5 or 2% of the item price plus reward, whichever is higher, paid by whoever opens it and not refunded. The reviewer is paid the same whatever they decide, so they have no stake in the outcome.
